Sometimes, while activating 42Gears products, products might throw a few error codes to the end-user. Error code 1009 is one of them. This error code comes up when the activation code using which the product is being activated has unsupported characters in the activation code string. This might sometimes happen because of typographical errors while punching in the activation code. One such example is confusion between the alphabet O with the number 0.

This can be easily avoided by verifying the activation code you are trying to activate the product with the activation code mentioned in the activation mail sent by the 42Gears Sales team to the registered e-mail ID using which you purchased the licenses.
