Employees using Android devices can remove all device management software using the built-in Factory Reset feature. To prevent this, you can configure SureLock to disable the Factory Reset feature altogether on select Android devices.

Note: Factory Reset blocking is only available on certain Android devices with Enterprise Agent. To determine if your Android devices support this SureLock feature, please contact techsupport@42gears.com.

1. On the SureLock Home Screen, tap 5 times to launch the password prompt.

2. Enter the admin password to go to Admin Settings.
