Employees using Samsung KNOX devices can remove all device management software using the built-in Factory Reset feature. To prevent this, you can configure SureLock to disable the Factory Reset feature altogether on Samsung KNOX devices.
Steps to Disable Factory Reset with SureLock on Samsung KNOX Devices:
1. On the SureLock Home Screen, tap 5 times to launch the password prompt.
2. Enter the admin password to go to Admin Settings and click Samsung Knox Settings.
3. On the Samsung Knox Settings screen, Enable Samsung Knox, select Disable Factory Reset, and click Done.
