Many times devices are lost/stolen/broken and we would need to release the respective product license from the device in order to be used on another device. The lost/stolen/broken devices need to be searched using the below fields only.
Below are the steps to search devices.
- Log into the Licensing Portal of 42Gears.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the list of activated devices to locate the below-highlighted search bar at the right corner
3. Select the field from the drop-down menu for which the value (previously noted) can be entered and searched.
This will help you identify the device.
