How to View Connected Bluetooth Devices for Enrolled Devices in SureMDM Console

Purpose

The “Bluetooth Connected Device” column in SureMDM displays the name or status of Bluetooth peripherals currently paired and active with an enrolled device, helping administrators monitor device connectivity efficiently.

Step

1.Navigate to the home screen and click on the grid icon, highlighted in the image.



2. Under the Grid columns, search for the ‘Bluetooth Connected Device‘ option, select it, and click Save.




3. After saving the changes, scroll through the Grid to locate the ‘Bluetooth Connected Device’ column. If an enrolled device is connected to a Bluetooth device, its name will be displayed.”

When there is no Bluetooth Device connected, the status will show as “Not Connected

Administrators can use the “Bluetooth Connected Device” column in SureMDM to quickly identify and monitor active Bluetooth connections on enrolled devices, ensuring efficient device management and connectivity oversight.
