How Viewing Aux Connection Status for Enrolled Devices in SureMDM Console

Purpose

The “Aux Connection Status” column in SureMDM displays the name or status of devices currently connected via an AUX cable to an enrolled device, helping administrators monitor wired connectivity efficiently.

Steps

1.Navigate to the home screen and click on the grid icon, highlighted in the image.



2.Under the Grid columns, search for the ‘Aux Connection Status’ option, select it, and click Save.





3.After saving the changes, scroll through the Grid to locate the ‘Aux Connection Status’ column. If an enrolled device is connected via an AUX cable, it shows Connected.

When the Aux is not connected – it will show as “Disconnected” as shown below:

Administrators can use the “Aux Connection Status” column in SureMDM to quickly identify and monitor active AUX connections on enrolled devices, ensuring efficient wired device management and oversight.
