- On the device end, navigate to C Drive > Program Data > 42Gears > SureMDM Agent > Logs > IdP logs
- Once the logs have been collected, it can be shared for further analysis and troubleshooting.
- If you do not have physical access to the device, the same steps can be followed to collect the SureIdP logs remotely from SureMDM Console.
