Purpose

Prerequisites
- Should have an active SureMDM Account
- Android devices to be enrolled in BYOD
Steps
- On the device end, launch SureMDM Agent > Settings > User Privacy > Enable “Unattended Remote Control”.
- Once the above setting is configured, any remote support session initiated by the administrator will start silently, without requiring any user interaction or approval on the device.
Note: Since BYOD enrolled devices have certain platform-level limitations and cannot be fully managed remotely via SureMDM, the above configurations must be completed directly from the device end.
