How to Restrict End Users From Adding User Accounts in Windows Using SureMDM

Purpose

The purpose of this knowledge article is to guide administrators on restricting end users from adding or managing user accounts on Windows devices using SureMDM. Prerequisites

1. Access to the SureMDM console with administrator privileges
2. Windows devices enrolled in SureMDM. 

Steps

1. Login to SureMDM Console
2. Navigate to Profiles
3. Click on Restriction policy
4. Click on Configure
5. Expand Control Panel Settings
6. Search for Family & other Users Under Accounts
7. Click on Hide
8. Click on Save and Apply on the device.
