- Log in to the SureMDM Console using your administrator credentials.
- Navigate to the Devices section and select the enrolled Android device.
- In the Device Info panel, locate the Android Enterprise field to verify the device’s enrollment status.
- Interpret the value displayed in the Android Enterprise field as follows:
- Not Enrolled – The device is enrolled using Device Administrator (Device Admin) mode, which is the legacy Android management method.
- Fully Managed (Device Owner) – The device is enrolled in Android Enterprise Device Owner (DO) mode, providing full device management.
- Work Profile – The device is enrolled in Android Enterprise Work Profile (BYOD) mode, where a managed work profile is created on the user’s personal device.
- Fully Managed Work Profile – The device is enrolled in Android Enterprise Corporate-Owned, Personally Enabled (COPE) mode, allowing both work and personal profiles on a corporate-owned device.
