How to Add a Contributor to an AstroFarm Account

Purpose

This article explains the steps to add a contributor to an AstroFarm account. Contributors can be granted access to assist with managing devices and performing operations within the AstroFarm portal.

Prerequisites

• An active AstroFarm account.
• Administrator access to the AstroFarm portal.
• Name and email address (optional) of the contributor to be added.

Steps

1. Log in to the AstroFarm portal using your administrator credentials.
2. Click on the Settings icon in the portal.
3. Navigate to the Contributors tab.
4. Click the + (Add Contributor) icon.
5. Enter the following details:
   1. Name of the contributor.
   2. Email Address (optional).
6. Click + Add Contributor.
7. The contributor will be successfully added and will appear in the Contributors list.
