How to Change SureMDM Account Password from Console

Purpose

The purpose of this knowledge article is to guide administrators and users on changing their SureMDM account password directly from the SureMDM Console. This is particularly useful when users receive a Password expires in 3 days notification, allowing them to update their password before it expires and maintain uninterrupted access to their SureMDM account.

Prerequisites

  1. Access to SureMDM Console.
  2. Access to Password and Security section.

Steps

  1. Login to SureMDM Console.
  2. Navigate to Settings by clicking on the settings icon located at the top right corner.
  3. Click on Password and Security
  4. Change Password
  5. Enter the Old Password, New Password and Retype New Password



                 
  6. Once the password is changed, the user can login to the console with the updated password set.
