Purpose
This article explains how to configure the visibility of Email and Job Title fields in AstroContacts.
Prerequisites
- Have access to Astrocontacts Portal.
- Required contacts to be created within Astrocontacts.
- Have the necessary permissions to modify application settings.
Steps
- Log in to the AstroContacts Admin Portal.
- Navigate to Account Settings.
- Open the Visibility Settings section.
- Locate the options for:
- Email Visibility
- Job Title Visibility
- Enable or disable the required option based on your organization’s requirements. The option can be chosen for “Show on console” and “Show on Device”
- If “Show on console” is unchecked, the email and Job title will not be displayed on the Astrocontacts console for the contacts.
- If “Show on device” is unchecked, the email and Job title will not be displayed on the Astrocontacts console for the contacts.
- Click on Apply Changes to Save the Settings:
