How to Restrict Specific URLs in Mozilla Firefox on Windows via SureMDM

Purpose

This feature allows administrators to restrict or control access to specific websites on Windows devices by configuring the URL Block List for Mozilla Firefox through the SureMDM Console.

Prerequisites

  • None

Steps

  1. Log in to the SureMDM Console.
  2. Navigate to Profiles.
  3. Select Windows as the platform.
  4. Click New Profile, or edit an existing profile.
  5. Select Browser Management.
  1. Under Browser Management, click Configure for Mozilla Firefox.

  1. Click Expand All.
  2. Press Ctrl + F, search for URL, and locate the Blocked Websites setting.
  3. Under Blocked Websites, enter the complete website URL.
  4. Click the + icon to add the URL to the Block List , as required
  1. Save the profile and deploy it to the target Windows devices.
