Generally, a thorough search of the mailbox of the registered e-mail ID (which was used to purchase the product) might help as 42Gears Sales team sends out an e-mail with details of activation code once the licenses are purchased.
An admin can also verify the details of the activation code by logging into the License Portal.
Log into the License Portal using the registered e-mail id (which was used to purchase the product) and Activation Code(Sent to the registered e-mail ID) and the details about the activation code including the product name associated with the activation code will be displayed. This will clarify a lot of doubts.
