How to save SureLock Settings as a Job on the SureMDM console

SureMDM offers an option to save SureLock Settings as a job remotely when there’s any change done on the device end. There may be times when we need to make these modifications solely on the device end since we are unable to do so on the console. Let’s say the user makes a few modifications to the SureLock Setting parameters on the device end and wants to save those changes in the console so they may deploy the same to additional devices using SureMDM.

Purpose

The purpose of this knowledge article is to provide a guide on how to save SureLock Settings as a job on the SureMDM console.

Steps

  1. Select the device and on the dynamic jobs page, select Surelock Settings.
  1. Make sure the SureLock Settings are updated by refreshing them.
  1. Next, select Save as Job and then give the job name.
  1. This will preserve your changes that you made remotely to the console after making them on the device.
