How to remove or revoke installed Profiles on Windows, MacOS, and iOS Devices

SureMDM offers a suite of policy and configuration settings for managing content and applications on enterprise devices. You can create profiles and deploy them to a managed device or a group of devices.

Purpose

The purpose of this knowledge article is to provide a guide on how to remove or revoke installed profiles on Windows, MacOS, and iOS devices.

Prerequisites

• The device must be successfully enrolled in SureMDM.
• The device must have an active internet connection to receive the removal command.

Steps 

1. Log in to the SureMDM console.
2. Select any Windows, macOS, or iOS device.
3. Go to the Device Info panel and select the Installed Profiles option.
4. Click on the delete option available there and select yes on the confirmation prompt.
5. The installed profile has now been removed from the device.

Notes

• Profile removal may take a few minutes, depending on device connectivity.
• Some system-level profiles may require the device to be online and unlocked to complete removal
