While activating SureLock/SureFox/SureVideo downloaded from Google Playstore, we sometimes receive an error 20000427 (Refer to the image below).
This generally happens when the application was downloaded from Google PlayStore and the activation code with which the user is trying to activate the application is associated with the 42Gears website.
To resolve the same, uninstall the application downloaded from Google Playstore, and install it from the 42Gears website which is available under the download section of the product.
