Configuring Auto Logout from an App after Ideal TimeOut in SureLock

This Article provides a step-by-step guide on how to auto-log out from an application inside SureLock after an ideal timeout

Prerequists

Supported on Knox and EA devices

Steps

1. Log in to the SureMDM console.
2. Navigate to Jobs, select the SureLock settings job, and Modify 
3. Navigate to Allowed applications>>Visible apps and add the app
4. Select the Application and enable the Clear data option.
   
5. Then navigate to the SureLock settings>> Timeout settings>> Ideal timeout and set the ideal timeout.
   
6. In the Ideal timeout application, select none.

Conclusion

When the application is launched and in logged-in state, after the specified ideal timeout, the application will be automatically logged out, and the device will be on the SureLock Homescreen
