How to change the number of Taps to get a Password Prompt on SureFox Home Screen

With five taps on the screen, the SureFox Settings password prompt can be opened by default. Admins can alter the default five taps using the Number of Taps option to any desired number of taps.

The purpose of this knowledge article is to provide a guide on how to change the number of taps to get a password prompt on SureFox home screen.

Steps

  1. Install and Launch SureFox.
  2. Access SureFox Admin Settings by tapping 5 times on the screen and entering the password.
  3. In the Admin Settings screen, tap on Browser Preferences.
  1. Further, navigate to Miscellaneous Settings and tap on the Number of Taps option.
  1. You will be prompted with the Number of Taps screen. Enter the value you would like to set as a number of taps.
  2. Save the configuration changes.

Once completed, you’ll see that the amount of taps required to access SureFox Settings has changed in accordance with the setup of SureFox.
