How to check the list of user accounts created on a Mac machine

Creating multiple user accounts on a device ensures that each user has their own login experience and to check the list of user accounts created on a Mac machine, it can be used for compliance and auditing purposes. Users can then customize their device settings without affecting other users.

Purpose

The purpose of this knowledge article is to provide a guide on how to check the list of user accounts created on a Mac machine.

Prerequisites

  • Applicable only for Mac devices.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the SureMDM Console.
  2. Select the Mac device.
  3. Click on Dynamic Jobs.
  4. Select User Accounts.

5. There will be a list of user accounts.

  1. On clicking on it, a table with the columns “User Name, Full Name, Logged In” will be displayed.

Note:

User Accounts: Dynamic Job has been implemented, wherein the list of user accounts created can be viewed.
