Purpose
The purpose of this article is to guide administrators on how to verify the status of Mobile Email Management (MEM) in SureMDM.
Prerequisites
- To have an active SureMDM Account.
- Devices to be enrolled in SureMDM.
- MEM to be configured and deployed to the devices.
Steps
- Login to SureMDM Console.
- Navigate to Columns > Grid Columns > Enable “MEM Sync Status” > Save:
- Once the above column is enabled in SureMDM Device Grid, we can check the status of MEM of all the enrolled devices:
If MEM is configured on the devices, the MEM Status would show as “Synced”. If not, it would show as N/A
