Prerequisites
- Should have an active SureMDM Account.
- Devices enrolled in SureMDM Console in Device Owner mode.
Steps
- Login to SureMDM Console
- Navigate to the Profiles > New Profile > Android > System Settings > Configure > Device Functionality > Ringer Mode:
Note: If a default profile is already configured, then the above setting can be enabled within the default profile.
Click on the dropdown menu and choose one of the following options:
- User Choice – Allows the end user to control the ringer mode
- Normal – Enables sound for calls, notifications, and alerts
- Silent – Mutes all sounds
- Vibrate – Enables vibration without sound
- Save the profile
- Apply the profile to the required device(s) or group(s)
