How to Enable and Customise Admin Login Access Denied Message in SureLock

Purpose

The purpose of this knowledge article is to guide administrators on enabling and customizing the Admin Login Access Denied message in SureLock. This configuration allows administrators to display a personalized message when unauthorized users attempt to access the SureLock Admin Settings, helping communicate access restrictions and providing additional guidance or contact information when required.  

Prerequisites

  1. SureLock configured on the device.
  2. Access to SureLock Admin Settings 
  3. Access to SureMDM console.

Steps

  1. Launch SureLock on the Android device.
  2. Access SureLock Admin Settings.
  3. Navigate to SureLock Settings.
  4. Click on Miscellaneous Settings.
  5. Click on Admin Login Security
  6. Enable Admin Login Access Denied Message              
  7. Click on Set Custom Admin Login Access Denied Messages.


  8. Click on Done
