How to Export Secure Data from SureMDM

Purpose

This article explains how to securely export data from the SureMDM console by configuring export settings to Hide PII or Mask PII, ensuring sensitive information is protected during data export.

Prerequisites

• Administrator access to the SureMDM Console.

Steps:

1. Log in to SureMDM Console
2. Navigate to Console Settings.
3. Click on Account Settings.
4. Go to Miscellaneous Settings.
5. Under the Export Settings.
6. Choose one of the following options:
   1. Hide PII – Completely removes Personally Identifiable Information from exported data.
   2. Mask PII – Partially hides Personally Identifiable Information.
7. Click Save to apply the changes.
