The purpose of this knowledge article is to provide a guide on how to get the hash code of a device from the SureMDM console.
What is Hash code?
This hash is a fixed-length string of characters used to identify a specific device based on its unique hardware components, such as the motherboard, CPU, and BIOS.
It also provides Unique Device Identification which is a cryptographic hash (like SHA256)

Steps
- Login to SureMDM console.
- Navigate to grid Column as mentioned on screenshot below:
- Search for Hash Code and Save
- Now the hash code would be visible on the Device Grid on Home.
