How to Mark and View Favorite Static Job Type  in SureMDM Console (Jobs Section)

Purpose

To quickly access frequently used static job types while creating a new job, you can mark specific job types as favorites in the SureMDM console. This helps streamline job creation by displaying only preferred job types when needed.

Prerequisites

• Access to the SureMDM console
• Permissions to create jobs
• Availability of job types under the Jobs section

Steps

Steps to Mark Job Types as Favorite:

1. Log in to the SureMDM console -> Navigate to Jobs-> Click on New Job.
2. Select the required operating system (e.g., Android) -> On the Create Job [Android] – Select Job Type screen, locate the star icon on each job type card.
3. Click the star icon on the desired job type to mark it as a Favorite.
4. Upon clicking, the star icon will be highlighted, indicating it has been added to Favorites.

Steps to View Favorite Job Types:

1. On the Select Job Type screen, navigate to the top-right corner.
2. Click the Star Icon (Favorites).
3. The screen will now display only the job types marked as Favorites.
