The need to modify or upgrade a QR code for enrollment is to be able to update a few details or fields without having to configure all the details again from scratch. The same would assist the administrators in saving time and performing the required actions in a timely manner.
The purpose of this knowledge article is to provide a guide on how to modify or update an existing QR code used for enrollment.
- Login to the SureMDM console.
- Navigate to the Enrollment section and select an existing QR code, or create a new QR code and save it.
- Click on the Edit option seen on the midpage banner.
- Modify the details within the QR code based on your requirements and save them.
Note: Do ensure to share the updated QR code with the required users based on the requirements to ensure the updated details are used for enrollment.
