How to modify or update an existing QR code used for enrollment

The need to modify or upgrade a QR code for enrollment is to be able to update a few details or fields without having to configure all the details again from scratch. The same would assist the administrators in saving time and performing the required actions in a timely manner.

Purpose

The purpose of this knowledge article is to provide a guide on how to modify or update an existing QR code used for enrollment.

Prerequisites

Steps

  1. Login to the SureMDM console.
  2. Navigate to the Enrollment section and select an existing QR code, or create a new QR code and save it.
  3. Click on the Edit option seen on the midpage banner.
  1. Modify the details within the QR code based on your requirements and save them.

Note: Do ensure to share the updated QR code with the required users based on the requirements to ensure the updated details are used for enrollment.
