Steps
- Open SureLock Settings and Launch SureLock Settings on the Samsung device or configure via SureMDM.

- Disable Multi-Window Functionality: Locate the option: Disable Multi-Window and Enable this setting.
- This restriction disables Samsung’s multi-window and drag-and-drop capability introduced in One UI 7, preventing users from dragging application shortcuts from the notification panel to the SureLock home screen.
- Apply and Save Configuration and Save the SureLock configuration.
- Exit settings and relaunch SureLock if required.
- Verify that dragging application shortcuts from the notification panel is no longer allowed.
