How to sync Windows devices if the last connected device is not updating on the SureMDM console

We can manually sync the Windows device to the server and update the latest information on the server through settings. We can also check the date and time of the last sync on the Windows machine.

Purpose

The purpose of the article is to provide a guide on how to sync devices to the SureMDM console if the last connected device is not updating on the SureMDM console.

Prerequisites

  • The device should be enrolled to console either in Dual or EMM.

Steps

  1. On the Windows machine, search for Access Work or School in the settings.
  2. Expand connected to suremdm@42gears.com under Access Work or School, then select Info alongside the managed device.

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Sync under Device Sync Status.

4. The date and time of the last sync can also be checked under the same page as shown in the image.
