If users want to change the email address associated with their Google Play for Work account, they can unenroll Android Enterprise from the SureMDM interface and re-enroll it with the new Email address.
The purpose of this knowledge article is to provide a guide on how to unenroll Android Enterprise from the console.
- Please note that there is a risk of losing configurations and Managed Apps for existing devices in the console after you choose to “unenroll” Android Enterprise from the console.
- Login to the SureMDM account and click on the Settings (Gear icon) located at the top right corner of the screen.
- Select Account settings and look for Android Enterprise Enrollment under Android Management.
- The Android Enterprise account will be deleted once Unenroll is clicked, and you can then enroll Android Enterprise using the necessary Email address.
