How to View Lost Mode Recovery Status from the Device Grid for Android Devices

Purpose

  • Access to sign in to the SureMDM console

Steps

  1. On the SureMDM console Device Grid -> Click on the required Android device from the list of enrolled devices.
  2. Identify the Lost Mode Recovery Status column for the device.
  3. View the status displayed in the column.
  4. The displayed status indicates whether Lost Mode Recovery is Enabled or Disabled on the device.

Expected Result
