Before Profile deployment:-
Before deploying the SureMDM profile, the end-users have the ability to manage live caption settings locally on their device. To enable or disable the Live Caption feature from the browser end, follow these steps: click the three dots menu icon in the top-right corner of Google Chrome, select Settings from the drop-down menu, navigate to Accessibility in the left sidebar, and then use the Live Caption toggle switch to turn the feature on or off.

After Profile Deployment:-
After deploying the SureMDM profile, the live caption option becomes permanently configured by the policy and will be greyed out. As a result, users are unable to modify it.
